8. Fees and Payment
Fees, estimates and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins on any instruction. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and we may suspend work on a matter where payment is overdue. Any estimate we provide is given in good faith but is not a fixed quotation unless expressly stated to be one.
